A Short Story

We are Alessandro & Maurizio. We know each other since 25 years.
We live in a small village, called Robecco Sul Naviglio, 25 km from Milano, in
the green Regional Park of Ticino (river).
We are technical operator & drivers for a public company. Before having children our main hobby was hiking on the mountain, where we always spent our vacations. 
With children this was no longer possible... We had to choose an other destination… 
Staying on the beach without doing anything it was quite boring. We absolutely needed to find something to do, a nice way to entertain our 7 kids and of course enjoy ourselves! So we started to create our first sand works… And the same during summer '99. 
Exactly in '99 we have participated to our first international competition. 
Up to the present, although sand sculpting has remained a hobby for us, we are taking part to different international competitions. This gives us the fantastic possibility to meet each time great artists but above all nice people with whom share fun. Vote this site here
